hand dug clay, Red river, hand built, burnished, pitfired, engraved.

Largest piece I have ever built to date.

Caddos made effigy pots of animals in their homeland that they revered. This alligator gar is in the Rivers of the Caddo.

This piece is now in the Dallas Museum of Art in the Art of Americas exhibit.
